Overview

We ship from Melbourne, Australia via Australia Post. All orders are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

During sale periods or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


Australian Shipping

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking included.

We ship internationally via Australia Post with tracking included.

Import Duties, Taxes and Customs Fees

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, as they vary by country and order value. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order if you are unsure.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any applicable import duties, taxes or customs fees. Orders refused at customs or returned due to unpaid duties may be subject to return shipping costs being deducted from any refund.


Tracking Your Order

All orders are shipped with Australia Post tracking. Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order at auspost.com.au/track. International tracking visibility may vary depending on the destination country's postal network.


Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@whistly.com.au with your order number and we will investigate promptly.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply to domestic orders. For international orders, we will work with you in good faith to resolve any issues, however our liability for delays or losses caused by Australia Post or customs authorities is limited.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. WHISTLY is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@whistly.com.au and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
