Standard Warranty
Every Sort Sack is backed by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
If your bag fails due to a fault in materials or workmanship — including stitching, cords, or the internal liner — we'll replace or refund it, no runaround.
What's covered
Manufacturing defects including stitching failures, cord or toggle defects, and liner faults.
What's not covered
General wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, and damage resulting from failure to follow care instructions (handwash cold, air dry only).
How to make a claim
Get in touch with your order number and a photo of the fault. We'll take it from there.
This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
Shipping
How long does delivery take in Australia?
We ship through Australia Post. Depending on the service selected shipping can take 2-10 days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
When will my order ship?
Orders are packed and dispatched within one business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once it's on its way.
Will I be charged import duties or taxes on international orders?
Your order is priced and charged in Australian dollars. International customers may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival — these are set by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they'll be.

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). International customers are charged in AUD — your bank or card provider handles the conversion.

Product FAQ
How does the Sort Sack actually work?
The bag has two ends separated by a shifting internal liner. Take clean clothes from one end, return dirty to the other. As items move across, the liner shifts to make room. Colour-coded cords tell you which end is which at a glance.
What about the smell?
Wet or damp clothes left in any confined space will start to smell. When testing on the extreme end of the spectrum we found minimal smell transfer, but this depends on how long wet clothes are left in the bag. We recommend letting damp or wet clothes become touch-dry before packing them in and you shouldn't have a problem.
What fits inside?
It holds roughly 8 litres — enough for a few days of underwear and socks, a gym kit, or a weekend's worth of travel layers. Dimensions are 25cm (W) × 41cm (L), or 76cm unfolded.
Is it actually waterproof?
The liner is water resistant, not waterproof. It's designed to keep clean and dirty contents separate and handle light moisture — damp gym gear, sweaty clothes — not submersion. The outer fabric also has a C0 water repellent finish.
How do I clean it?
Handwash cold and air dry only. The liner unfolds completely, making it easy to clean and turn inside out.
